Warranty

Trampoline Pro warrants its trampoline products to be free from defects and material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The various component parts of the trampoline are warranted against defects and workmanship as follows:

A. Steel frame - one (1) year; B. Sewing on stitched jumping mat - Ninety (90) days; C. Jumping mat - Ninety (90) days; and D. Frame pads and springs - Ninety (90) days. All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Upon completion of registering your product, the steel frame warranty is upgraded to a five (5) year prorated warranty, from the date of purchase, covering the frame one hundred percent (100%) the first year, eighty percent (80%) for the second year, sixty percent (60%) for the third year, forty percent (40%) for the fourth year and twenty percent (20%) during the fifth year. Trampoline Pro’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at Trampoline Pro’s option, the product at one of its authorized service centers. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by Trampoline Pro’s at one of its authorized service centers, freight prepaid and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be preauthorized by Trampoline Pro’s. Preauthorization may be obtained by calling Trampoline Pro’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-473-JUMP (5867).

This Warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or repairs not provided by a Trampoline Pro’s authorized service center or for products used for commercial or rental purposes. No other Warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by Trampoline Pro

Returns & Replacements

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to enjoy your new Trampoline and replacement products, which is why we offer a 30 day return guarantee on all our products; that's 30 days from the date you purchase your product. The product must be in saleable condition, with original packing materials. We will refund your purchase price, minus all actual shipping costs (both to and from your location) and minus a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price (including applicable tax, if any).
 
The following types of items do not qualify to be returned for a refund:
 
1) Damaged or defective goods which we will happily replace with the same item at no cost to you.
2) Promotional items which were provided free of charge.
3) All items under $50.00 each - such as replacement parts, accessories, etc. - are not returnable or refundable.
4) Items returned without prior written authorization (RMA) from Trampoline Pro or returned more than 30 days after delivery of the product(s) to you.
5) Items attempting to be returned "freight collect."
 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 
To arrange for a return, contact our Customer Service department at 1-949-209-9519. You will be given an RMA number to keep for your records as well as an email confirmation. Please allow 5 business days for processing, once we receive your returned item(s). The money will be refunded back to the credit card that you used for your original purchase.
 

CAN I REFUSE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

 
Trampoline Pro is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, should you decide to refuse delivery of an item legitimately ordered from us, then a credit will be issued for the item as provided for in our Return Policy. If you are refusing delivery because the shipment appears damaged, we would prefer that you accept delivery of your item(s), and call us immediately if there is a concern. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-949-209-9519 to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to remedy the situation. However, if you still want to return your item(s), we can arrange to have Federal Express pick them up from you.
 

MISSING, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

 
Trampoline Pro takes great pride in the products we provide. Please inspect all components prior to assembly to insure that you do not have any missing, damaged, or defective parts. If you have discrepancy, please call Customer Service at 1-949-209-9519 within 5 days of delivery of merchandise, to report any missing, damaged, or defective parts.
 
Trampoline Pro will take prompt action to remedy the situation.
 
Trampoline Pro does not pay for the cost of unauthorized repairs or returns. Please note that unidentifiable or unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Trampoline Pro (see Return Policy [1] above for details).
 
IF YOU ARE NOT ASSEMBLING YOUR PURCHASE YOURSELF, check to be sure all parts are included and in good condition prior to the scheduling of a third party to assemble your purchase. Trampoline Pro is not responsible for any installation damage or costs incurred as a result of missing, damaged, or defective parts.
How to Measure

Mat Sizing

Trampoline Pro's trampoline mats are made of Permatron® and are designed for long-lasting use on your trampoline system in all kinds of weather conditions.  We have used our many years of manufacturing experience to bring you the ultimate value from your trampoline replacement part purchase.

There are three pieces of information you need in order to select the right replacement mat for your system:  

  1. Frame Size.  For round trampolines, the frame size refers to the diameter of the round metal frame supporting your trampoline.  You can find your frame size by standing on one side of your trampoline frame and measuring directly across to the other side.  For square trampolines, your frame size measurement is the length and width (L x W) of the square metal frame supporting your trampoline system.  Since it is a square, your length and width measurements should be the same. 
  2. Spring length.  To get your spring size, measure one of your springs (when it is un-stretched) from the end of one hook to the other, including both hooks in your measurement.  This measurement is your spring size. 
  3. Number of Rings.  In order to know how many rings you need on your trampoline mat, you need to know how many springs your trampoline system requires.  This means either counting the rings on your old mat, counting the number of springs you have, or counting the number of spring attachment "holes" that you have located around the perimeter of your metal frame.

Spring Pad Sizing

Frame Size.  When shopping for trampoline spring pads (spring cover), the size of the pad directly refers to the size of the metal frame supporting your trampoline system. 

For round trampolines, this means finding the diameter of the round metal frame.  Stand on one side of the trampoline and measure directly across to the other side.  This measurement is your spring pad size. 

For square trampolines, your spring pad measurement is the length and width (L x W) of the square metal frame supporting your trampoline system.  Since it is a square, your length and width measurements should be the same.   Use this measurement to shop for your spring pad size.

Enclosure Net Sizing

  1. Frame Size.  For round trampolines, the frame size refers to the diameter of the round metal frame supporting your trampoline.  You can find your frame size by standing on one side of your trampoline frame and measuring directly across to the other side.  For square trampolines, your frame size measurement is the length and width (L x W) of the square metal frame supporting your trampoline system.  Since it is a square, your length and width measurements should be the same.  
  2. Enclosure System Type.  Trampoline enclosure systems come in all shapes and sizes.  To find the replacement net right for you, you need to know what type of enclosure system your trampoline has.   This means finding out how your enclosure net is supported. Is your enclosure net supported by poles that form an arch around the perimeter of your trampoline?  Are your enclosure poles straight up and down?  Or do you have poles that are straight, but have a slight curve towards the center at the top?  Do you have poles with a slight curve at the top and a ring around the top that slides through a sleeve sewn to the net?
  3. Number of Poles.  Once you know how your enclosure net is supported, you need to know how many poles your trampoline has. If you have arches, buy the net that is designed to fit the same number of arches as your trampoline.  If you have straight up and down poles, or poles with a slight curve at the top, count how many you have, and buy the net that has attachments for the same number of poles.
  4. Attachment Type.  Next, check out how your old net attached to these enclosure poles.  Do the poles slide through sleeves that are sew to the net?  Or are there straps used to secure the net to the poles?
  5. Brand.  If you happen to know your trampoline brand, use that to confirm that the net you have selected is compatible with your trampoline system.  Trampoline systems are well loved by families and can last for many years, so if you do not know or do not remember your brand, you can rely on the measurements to get the fit that you need.
